Terms & Conditions:
- Voucher is for 18 holes for two people in a shared motorised golf cart and a 20% discount code on Adidas golf clothing and 12 months free membership to The 19th Hole Channel.
- Valid Monday – Thursday. All bookings are subject to availability. (not valid public holidays).
- Bookings are all subject to availability.
- Valid from 1st June 2024 – 31st December 2025.
- Bookings to be made in advance via Golf Getaway on +61 (0) 414 676 968.
- Must have a valid driver’s license to drive motorised golf cart.
- Bali National Golf Club dress rules and other playing conditions apply.
- Any no show or cancellations within less than 24 hours notice forfeit the booking.
- All Golf Rates include green fee, golf cart, caddie fee (exclude customary caddie tip) and complimentary mineral water on all golf carts; and all taxes.
- Tee Time Reservations are subject to availability.
Billing Arrangements
- All group reservations at group rates (minimum of 8 players – refer above), must be accompanied by a deposit of the total amount due for Golf Rates and/or Food & Beverage commitments.
- Payment must be settled in full upon check-in. Payment must be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellations and/or “No Show” Policies
- The rates will be applied on guaranteed rounds/players, food & beverage or other inquiries (if any) as stated on Reservation or Guarantee Letters confirmed and signed by an authorized person.
Cancellations
- If cancellation is received up to 3 (three) days prior to the guests’ arrival, no cancelation fee shall be payable.
- If cancelation is received less than 1 (one) day prior to the guests’ arrival, 50% of the confirmed rate per person shall be payable.
- If guests “No Show”, 100 (one hundred) percent of the confirmed rate per person shall be payable and any deposits held by Bali National Golf Club will be forfeit.
Rain Check Policy
- Should the management of Bali National Golf Club close the course due to weather conditions, after your play has commenced, a rain check voucher will be issued as follows:
- If players have not completed play on 4 holes an 18 hole rain check voucher will be issued.
- If players have completed play on 5 holes but not more than 12 holes a 9 holes rain check will be issued
