Over the years, our team has filmed and hosted events across iconic fairways around the world. We know the best trips aren’t just about the scorecard—it’s about the overall experience, the laughs off the course and creating lifelong memories competing alongside your closest mates.

Because field sizes are strictly capped at 18 teams (72 players), we like to connect directly with each Team Captain.

We’ve set aside a quick 15 to 30 minute call so we can:

• Say hello and get to know you and your team.
• Answer any questions you or your players have about the week.
• Confirm your team entry and lock in your place in the field.
• Walk through your optional post-tour extension details (if you and your team have registered for it).
• Walk through your deposit details and outline key dates for the final payment.

• Share the Meeting Details: When you book your time slot above, feel free to add your teammates’ email addresses as guests, or simply forward the calendar invitation link so they can join the conversation directly.
